Small Community Support

After having been around support communities for products with large amounts of users for many years, I have found the differences in the level of support available for smaller communities to be interesting. Level can be defined in a couple of ways, namely quality and quantity.


Sometimes, shots appear at the most innocuous of places. The screen of my mobile phone provided one such opportunity and I thankfully had my GR with me to capture it.

Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is an excellent example of the ongoing gentrification efforts underway in California’s Inland Empire.

I have an unusual attraction to the Niland, CA area (east of the Salton Sea). Even as somebody that is a hardcore agnostic, Salvation Mountain is a visual spectacle.

My wife and I went to Hawaii in October of 2006. During the trip, we went to the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. A somber but personally rewarding experience that I will never forget.
